project<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d325b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d325b1\" and completed during the 2022\/23 academic year. <\/p>\n<p>Once the main constraints were identified, an aircraft was designed and built with the following characteristics: <strong>medium wing<\/strong>, <strong>single trailing edge propeller<\/strong>, <strong>tail planes in traditional configuration<\/strong>, and <strong>carbon fiber<\/strong> aerodynamic considerations, we chose an <strong>SD 7062 profile for the wings<\/strong> and a <strong>NACA 0013 for the tail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The drone has flaps, ailerons, horizontal stabilizers and rudder.<br \/><strong>Ailerons<\/strong> occupy the outer wing, <strong>flaps<\/strong> the inner one. During takeoff and landing the ailerons are used as additional flaps.<br \/>The <strong> horizontal stabilizer<\/strong> runs the full length of the tail; the <strong> rudder<\/strong> occupies 90% of the height of the vertical plane.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
