NYX

The project

Nyx was developed and completed during the 2023/24 academic year.

Once the constraints imposed by the Air Cargo Challenge were identified, an aircraft with the following characteristics was designed and built: medium wing, single tractor propeller, T-tail. The fuselage, wings and landing gear are made of composite material, the tail is printed in vase mode.

Air Cargo Challenge

The Air Cargo Challenge is an international competition held every two years. The 2024 event was held in Aachen, Germany. More than 30 university teams from around the world participated.

FlyMi is proud to have experienced its first international competition by participating with Nyx; it was a very exciting experience for us and a reason for great growth.
