To apply, simply fill out the dedicated form by logging in with your institutional Politecnico account. You will be asked for some basic information, along with your CV and a motivational letter, and you can indicate up to two departments of interest to you. Based on your choices, the form will display some questions specific to the selected department.
We look for curiosity, motivation and a willingness to challenge yourself before expecting already-developed skills. The ability to learn, tackle problems independently and find solutions matters more than specific tools or techniques, which can be developed within the team.
Selection tests
The method of selection varies according to the department chosen and involves a test followed by an oral interview.
Aerodynamics, EPC and Structures
written test + interview
Flight mechanics, BM and Communications
individual task + interview
The written tests will take place starting from October 5th. For departments requiring an individual task, you will be contacted directly by the department heads with further instructions. This will be followed by an interview, which will be an opportunity to learn more about your profile, discuss the completed task, and get to know you better.
Risult
Once the selection process is complete, you will anyway receive feedback on the outcome of your application, whether positive or negative. If you have been selected by both departments indicated in the form, you will be able to freely choose which path to take, regardless of the order of preferences expressed.
